Service Used: Registration Staff

Aim: RefTech required 1 single staffing agency to supply staff for all their shows and exhibitions.

Execution: Beautiful Minds were first contracted by RefTech in January 2009 to provide the 60 reg staff for ATEI/IGE at Earls Court in London.

Beautiful Minds leapt to the challenge and used a mixture of ladies and gents from their London database of staff and selected those with the right experience and the ability to type/scan and meet and greet visitors at the prestigious show. Following a superb service Beautiful Minds were then contracted as RefTechs ONLY staffing supplier and have been used for all 2009/2010/2011 shows.

Beautiful Minds have provided Registration staff for RefTech for ATEI/IGE/ICE/ Toy & Hobby Fair/Progressive Greetings/Exclusively Housewares/Excite/Airline purchasing EXPO/Electronics Week/ Santander conference/BIBA/Silverstone/BSAVA Conference/Museum & Heritage Show and many more.
