Service Used: Survey Squads

Aim: The NHS Warwickshire needed to recruit 5000 Active members to partake in active feedback on NHS services in the Warwickshire areas Nuneaton, Atherstone, Kenilworth, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire and Rugby. This needed to be done in a relatively short timespan on a competitive budget.

Execution: Beautiful Minds supplied a core team of promotional canvassers to work in different areas of the county over the course of a week, Working alongside the NHS closely and other service providers including the Ad Van Beautiful Minds managed the event and the staff, collated the information, recorded findings and reported effectively back to the NHS Warwick Marketing team. Teams of Beautiful Minds in branded clothing hit the streets asking the public to provide information and sign up to be Active members.

The staff met the targets and delighted the client and were rewarded with great incentives of shopping vouchers.
