Following last weekend’s national events staffing campaigns Virgin TiVo, Vision Express and brand new accounts and campaigns signed off this week including The Collective Dairy sampling campaign, RABDF and Beauty Hair UK Autumn Events, the need for effective, professional and diligent Event Managers has never been so prominent.
Event Managers bridge the gap between HQ and the event staff which allows us to have eyes and ears in the field and run a campaign from activation through to reporting.
These talented individuals encompass the whole Beautiful Minds Promotions event staff ethos who are hardworking, focused and intuitive ambassadors with that added sparkle that stands them out in the crowd. Our Event Managers have extra grit and determination in everything they do.
Our Event Managers set up an experience, look after the event staff, liaise with clients, keep count of stock and samples, report to us throughout the event and officially afterwards on their feedback forms, handle issues as they arise and keep morale high. Beautiful Minds Promotions put incredible trust in their capable Event Managers and really know how to pick people with the right mix of social interpersonal and incredible organisation skills.
We would like to say a HUGE thank you to the following Event Managers who have worked incredibly hard over the past few weeks to pull off our event staffing summer campaigns to such a high standard:
John Grundy, Laura Cutts, Julie McCruiag, Kara Harding, Brenda Evans, Tom Theakston, Vicky Jones, Dan Silva and Paddy Kerrigan – You guys have made our jobs all the more easier and enjoyable over the past few weeks.
Our Event Managers of the Month go to Carey Hackett, Wes Prosser, Max Corderoy and Sophie Ward – These Event managers have shown HUGE commitment to Beautiful Minds, provided faultless reporting and EXCELLENT feedback out in the field – Give your selves a big pat on the back.

Re: Event management – The crème de la crème
As stated correctly the entire pillar of an event is the event manager, the person with the coolest head in tough times and smartest head for creatives and communication

Re: Event management – The crème de la crème
I completely agree, the event manager or lead organised is responsible for making everything run as smooth as possible. One of their biggest responsibilities is making sure that the event runs so smoothly that the clients will want to use your services on an annual basis.
