As work pours in for Beautiful Minds this summer, it’s all hotting up at the event staffing HQ.
With some incredible campaigns and new clients including BD Network and the Virgin TiVo retail campaign, Blonde Fish and the Smirnoff Sensations event along with major bookings from existing clients like Vision Express and Broccoli Marketing, the sky's the limit (regardless of what The Apprentice's Melody may say)
Cherry sampling at Tapas Fantasticas and Avocado sampling in London.
There is certainly work out there to be won and though the competition is high this just raises the game and makes it an all the more interesting industry to a be part of.
Scarily though there seems to be a trend forming from some event staffing agencies in the recruitment of event staff using resources such as Gumtree to staff their events. Surely this is a mad way to go about finding staff for your clients. Clients might as well do this themselves. Has this always been a method used or is it a scary shift in event staffing?
A reputable staffing agency will recruit the staff themselves, spend time focusing on who fits the mould, interview and cast staff, meet them face to face and know on instinct who is right for each job. It’s this basic but fundamentally core foundation that makes an agency one that delivers a high standard of personnel rather than purely man power.
Brands need to check when contracting an Events Staffing Agency how they source their events staff and really push to see a sample of staff and availability for their campaigns and ask questions. Any agency using the right methods will be happy to answer.
For the right Event Staffing choose Beautiful Minds for all UK based events.
